RETURN POLICY

From time to time it may be necessary to return goods and at Master Cut Metal Art Studio will do everything in our power to facilitate this as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

CHANGE OF MIND CLAIM


If you’ve had a change of heart, simply return your artwork to us within 7 days of receiving. 25% Restocking fee applies to order amount. The artwork needs to be in an ‘as new’ condition and complete with all original packaging. If you wish to proceed with a return, please contact us by email at mastcut@gmail.com and we will advise you on the next steps. Please note that if the cost of the new chosen artwork is more than the original the difference is chargeable and a redelivery charge will apply which will be calculated based on the size of your artwork and your location.

Product arrived damaged?


If your product is damaged upon delivery, contact us and we will replace your item immediately (providing the item is available, otherwise a replacement will be offered or a full refund). We will take full responsibility and endeavour to have this rectified as soon as possible. Please carefully inspect your product/s on arrival, all claims for breakage must be made within 7 days of receiving, no claims will be warranted after this time. We also require proof via image on email so we can make our insurance claim on these item/s.

WARRANTY CLAIM


Our artwork comes with a 12 month warranty therefore if any fault is found within this time please contact us immediately on mastcut@gmail.com. Please provide clear photographic evidence showing the fault. Should we accept the fault is ours we shall replace it without charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your print.
